2017 Valan International Antonov An-26 crashValan International Cargo Charter Flight 26 – The flight number is given. Standard procedure to do to comply with: [1] Username006 (talk) 09:39, 19 August 2021 (UTC) — Relisting. Bada Kaji (talk • श्रीमान् गम्भीर) 12:08, 26 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose – Reliable sources give the call sign for that flight as 'KONDOR 26', but that's not necessarily the same as the flight number. The only source giving the flight number as 26 is the ASN, which is known sometimes for making up flight numbers from call signs or tail numbers. The current title is fine. --Deeday-UK (talk) 09:58, 29 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. The WikiProject page cited as standard procedure has no standing as a naming convention, so there is no valid rationale for this proposed move. Andrewa (talk) 15:34, 2 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Andrewa: @Deeday-UK: Andrewa, here is some proof that the naming convention is also valid [2]. It clearly states that in the lead "refer also". Also, the final report does state it as 'vol KONDOR 26' which means KONDOR flight 26. Username006 (talk) 05:54, 4 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
