@Brandmeister: Reasoning for going with "Mocoa tragedy" for the title stems from "Tragedia de Mocoa" being the es.wiki title for the article and a large number of local (Spanish) sources referring to the event as a tragedy (as either "Tragedia de Mocoa" or "Tragedia en Mocoa") rather than simply a landslide or flash flood event. OK, but WP:COMMONNAME says it's the English name that should stick ("prevalence in a significant majority of [...] English-language sources").
