• The title for the infobox needs to capitalise "Final" to match the article title.
• "struck the ball first-time shot into the far corner", sentence doesn't quite work.
• League 1 > League One

• Worth linking the first use of header.
• "Armand Gnanduillet header made", doesn't quite work.

• "since being relegated 2011–12 season", something missing here.
• Link Faryl Smith.
• "played as 4–4–2", should this be a 4–4–2?
