New Districts
[edit]Does anyone know if Cook Political Report has released updated PVI for the new NC Congressional District map? I am going to guess that they have not. Especially since they are still in court. But doesn't that mean that this page should not list any mentions of the Cook PVI for each district? Unless it says the "PVI for the old version of the district...."
