Color and accessibility issue

[edit]

We can't use only color to differentiate. We need a symbol of some kind. Or the color could be used only in the Status column... that should be good enough. Also, any strikethru or color must also have a key or note telling readers why it's there. Fyunck(click) (talk) 04:58, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This argument about not only use colour to differentiate is missing the point. The "other" differentiater is the actual information in the Status Column. The adding of the * is redundant.

This attempt to make the table more accessible has just made it look ugly with out actually helping anyone.Graemec2 (talk) 09:46, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

When the color stretches over the entire row it is not apparent what's going on. It could be pink for other reasons. Plus there are strikethru players that further confuse the reader. Fyunck(click) (talk) 10:02, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Agree with Graemec2. And there was no consensus to change it just because one person found the need.
As for the strikehthrough I have tagged them all for cites and, for the most part, they are given. When they are arbitrarily removed I add the tag back as unsourced.Lihaas (talk) 16:21, 3 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
