I'll take a look at this dreckly. Harrias talk 14:02, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
- Consider adding a WP:Short description
- "It was Hull's their first game at Wembley for since losing the.." Ummm...
- "..marked their return to the Premier League for the first time since their relegation in the 2014–15 season." I can't see anything about when they last played in the Premier League in the body?
- Ref #1 doesn't include information about automatic promotion places.
- ".., with the south coast club losing.." Avoid noun plus -ing.
- "A Forestieri shot two minutes later went wide before Hernández goes through on goal, one-on-one with Westwood, who made an excellent save to deny the opening goal." An off shift to present tense in the middle. Change "goes" to "went".
- ".., with Atdhe Nuhiu replacing.." Avoid noun plus -ing.
- "A minute later Hernández's shot is blocked.." Another foray into the present tense: Change "is" to "was".
- "..with goalscorer Diamé coming off.." Avoid noun plus -ing.
- There are arguably quite a few false titles; "by Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Keiren Westwood", "which former Leicester City player Steve Claridge", "by Hull goalkeeper Jakupović", "with midfielder Sam Clucas", "with goalscorer Diamé". This is such a common construction in sports journalism that I'm not too worried about it at GA, but I wouldn't be keen if this went onto an FA.
- Done. These will all be at FA one day!! The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 12:29, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- "..between the two teams on the dayH.." Not sure what that "H" is doing there!
- Maybe clarify that Wednesday were eliminated in the play-off semi-finals in 2017.
- What makes Bleacher Report reliable?
- I think if you look at the accolades the website has received, you'll have little doubt it's reliable!! The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 12:29, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- Ref #17 "Hull City tickets for Wembley play-off final going on general sale" is dead.
- Refs #20 through #24 (live reporting) need publication dates. (28 May 2016).
- Per WP:NAVBOX, {{2015–16 in English football}} should either link to this article, or not be included.
Overall, this is in good shape for GA; mostly just minor copy-edit work to do. Nice work. Harrias talk 11:22, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- Harrias cheers, all addressed and/or responded to above. The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 12:29, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
