Added Offseason-Background section along with Free Agency Chart.
Next: working on offseason free agent acquistions(Morris, Looney, Mayowa, Thorton). Along with departures. Will also mention the players in Free Agency chart that were signed initially by a team, but either were cut or retired before season started.
