There reads: In the first round of qualification, 14 teams who were not participating at the 2014 European Championship

Just found an article that says Finland can't afford to participate. The European Championship qualifications are already too much for the association. The cost of the qualifications amaze me, though: European qualification is said to cost € 120,000 and WCh would have cost € 100,000 more. 85.217.20.78 (talk) 10:03, 5 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
