Copyrighted material

I simply copied the first part of the article from "2013-14 UCI Africa Tour", it's the same text used on every article of the UCI Africa Tour. I didn't even know the existence of that blog, but I don't understand how that paragraph can be copyrighted! It's obvious that the author of the blog copied the paragraph from Wikipedia.
