I see the point raised.

• DRS should be spelt out with the acronym in brackets.

• "Speaking about his accident in the race," - It should be "After his accident on lap 12,"

I do not quite understand why one is better than the other?

The sentence has repetition of the word "spoke" and its other form "speaking" twice, and it would be better to be worded as "After his accident on lap 12". Feel free to disagree with my view.
