Is it really required?
[edit]Is it really required? Itz arka (talk) 12:57, 12 February 2015 (UTC)
- In its current form, no. But 2011 Cricket World Cup Group A had game summaries as well. If someone does these, then it's worth keeping the page. If no-one does that, then delete. Same for the group B one. Joseph2302 (talk) 10:06, 14 February 2015 (UTC)

- Sorry didn't know about the existence of the previous articles about groups in the previous world cups. So no problem with it. Keep it up :) Itz arka (talk) 11:11, 14 February 2015 (UTC)

Section Headings - "Team A v Team B" - Do we have a standard?
[edit]Wondering if we have a standard for which team should appear first in the section headings? Team batting first goes first? Alphabetical order? Seems to be a bit of a mix at present.
Also, I updated the New Zealand v Scotland box to have Scotland on the left, as the team batting first. - Ryk72 'c.s.n.s.' 09:41, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- The home team is always mentioned first in the headings (at least in cricket). If neither of the teams is the home team, they are sorted alphabetically. For the scorecards, the team batting first goes first, irrespective of which is the home team. 117.192.171.162 (talk) 10:37, 21 February 2015 (UTC)
- Hi "117". Thank you. That makes eminent sense. - Ryk72 'c.s.n.s.' 12:03, 21 February 2015 (UTC)
Red/Green text Colouring
[edit]So, an IP address has been adding green text to the note "New Zealand qualified for the Quarter finals as a result of this match" and red text to the note "Scotland was eliminated from the World Cup as a result of this match". Personally I think this is unnecessary, as it is already highlighted in the group table, and no other cricket tournament uses coloured text in its articles (see 2015 Cricket World Cup Pool B, Carlton Mid Triangular Series in Australia in 2014–15).
