Yes, when?

Most of the new constitution came into effect on December 7. However, the transition to a parliamentary republic will take place gradually, that is by 2017-18, when a new parliament will be elected and the current resident's second term will end. So, it seems that after the legislative elections of 2017, which also will start to be only general elections, the beginning of a new legislature will force the change of system of government. - B.Lameira (talk) 12:56, 9 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
