Issue over Jim Watson's affiliation

[edit]

I have changed the incumbent Mayor Watson's affiliation to Liberal Party of Ontario. Watson is a well-known Liberal member, and resigned from the Ontario Liberal cabinet in order to run for Mayor.[1]JOttawa16 (talk) 20:47, 18 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Municipal politics in Ontario is non-partisan. Please refrain from vandalising this article. Thank you. -- Earl Andrew - talk 23:02, 18 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Jim Watson is not a non-partisan Mayor, he's a Liberal mayor. There's nothing wrong with that, but let's not try to say he's "independent;" he resigned from the Liberal cabinet to become mayor! JOttawa16 (talk) 00:41, 19 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Your actions are vandalism. You can't even format the infobox properly to show your vandalism. If you do so again you will be blocked from Wikipedia. -- Earl Andrew - talk 00:50, 19 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Watson is not an independent. This article is incorrect and you keep reverting it.JOttawa16 (talk) 01:04, 19 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I re-iterate, municipal politics in Ontario is non-partisan. This is a fact. Replacing fact with vandalism will not be tolerated on Wikipedia. -- Earl Andrew - talk 01:07, 19 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
It is not a fact, and it is not "vandalism" to point out that you're wrong.JOttawa16 (talk) 20:31, 20 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
