I'll take this one on, it's in good shape already so I don't think there'll be much to complain about. Will post the review as soon as possible. Kosack (talk) 06:56, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- Not a major issue, but a short description could be added.
- I'd add (QPR) after the first use of Queens Park Rangers in the Route to the final section to explain further usages of the abbreviation.
- "two automatic places for promotion to the Premiership", I believe the competition became known as the Premier League from 2007-08 onwards. [1]
- Done. Good spot, I'll also address this oversight in the other articles! The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 15:24, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- Borrowing from Harrias' review of the 2016 final, ref 1 doesn't seem to show who was promoted automatically.
- Might be worth linking a few terms, such as penalty spot and extra time.
- We don't tend to use sponsored names for stadiums that have a standard alternative, so Amex Stadium should be Falmer Stadium.
- Don't think there's any need for Cardiff City to not be piped to avoid the F.C.
- "West End of the Wembley", is the needed here? It reads oddly.
- "at around 3 p.m.", matches tend to kick off at exact times so the around seems a little odd here, unless there's a reason for a delay?
- Well it was around 3 p.m., the "as it happened" clearly show a discrepancy between minutes into the match and minutes past 3 p.m. for the first half... The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 15:24, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- Not a major issue, but 11v11.com is published by AFS Enterprises if you're inclined to add it.
That's all I could really notice on a run through, nothing much to worry about. Placed on hold for now while these are looked at. Kosack (talk) 13:59, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- Kosack cheers, I'll try to get to these later today. The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 14:03, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- Kosack I think I've addressed all your comments, thanks once again for your interest. The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 15:24, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- No worries, a nice article. Happy to promote this now. Kosack (talk) 17:36, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
Man of the Match
[edit]We have differing sources for Rob Green or Richard Dunne. So who was Man of the Match?--Egghead06 (talk) 11:52, 20 May 2020 (UTC)
- Dunne. I think The Independent was giving its own MOTM. The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 12:02, 20 May 2020 (UTC)
