  • eliminating cars that finished 17th or below — I didn't realize until the second paragraph that they weren't eliminated form the race, but rather, simple stopped from vying for a better grid position.
  • made an error at Aintree corner — What was the error?
    • Button ran wide
  • the first two sectors — What are sectors?
  • What does it mean to lose tire temperature?
  • Pace issues — Does this just mean they were slow?
  • Out of curiosity, what generally causes stewards to grant exceptions to the 107% rule?
  • Pastor Maldonado was excluded from the results for violating the rules by not having enough fuel to return to the pit lane, and he was moved to the back of the grid. — But the article says nothing about pit lane; it says his violation was not having enough fuel for analysis.
  • Esteban Gutiérrez was given a ten-place grid penalty for at unsafe release at the previous round and a five-place grid penalty for unscheduled gearbox change. — The ten-place penalty isn't mentioned in the article. Also, do you mean "an unsafe release"?
