Goalkeeper William Vanzela, defender Pat Healey, midfielder Lucio Gonzaga and forwards Adauto Neto and Adriano Dos Santos will return and forward Jerjer Gibson, who played for the Pennsylvania Roar last season, also joins the team. When the Blast left the Major Indoor Soccer League following the 2013-14 season, all player contracts were voided. These six players are the first signed as Blast general manager Kevin Healey builds the 18-man roster.

The Blast signed forward Vini Dantas and midfielder Juan Pereira. Dantas is entering his fifth season of professional soccer and his first indoor season. Last season, Dantas played for the Ottawa Fury of the North American Soccer League. Pereira is playing in his first professional season.
