Ref 1 is "Records & lists - hammer throw" — but this is pole vault. The link actually takes one to the "Jumps" page on the "Records & lists" tab on the IAAF website ... so should Ref 1 be "Records & lists - pole vault"? Or simply "IAAF website - records & lists"? Or more simply, "IAAF - records & lists"?
