I've added two whole paragraphs, which is many more words than this humble gnome usually writes :D There is a lot more that could be added, but I don't have the time (or the skill really) to do it. This article outlines some of the problems with the election, if anyone has some spare editing time... basically the concern is that the election itself is a sham, since Swaziland is an absolute monarchy and the King controls (and in some cases chooses) the government.
