Channel Islands map
[edit]I believe that the Channel Islands should be removed.
- It is completely out of scale with the England Map so unrepresentative. There is no indication of scale on either map.
- The size of the Channel Islands map relative to the England map give the Channel Islands undue importance.
- The map serves no useful purpose - Jersey RFC is not even pinpointed on it.
- The idea of having a map is to show the geographic relationship of the Clubs. Having two separate maps negates this goal.

- The problem is that I think there is a problem with the coding co-ordinates. The only reason I put it there was to show Jersey, similar to 2009–10 La Liga. The map can be shrunk, I have no problem with that. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 18:03, 11 July 2013 (UTC)
- A better solution might be a single map that shows both England and the Channel Islands. A cropped version of this would be good, but cropping pictures is outside my ken. This one without the big circle... Hamish59 (talk) 18:29, 11 July 2013 (UTC)
- I know it has to be that particular type of map and there isn't one that has both England and the CI in it. I think that maybe you're right since the coding isn't working and is just a map at the moment, I think it should be removed until the coding of co-ordinates can be fixed. - Fair enough. In the meantime, I will look around for a better map. Hamish59 (talk) 20:13, 11 July 2013 (UTC)

I've managed to sort the coding on the CI map here but I think it would be good if we could get a map with just Jersey or England and the CI on it rather than just the CI. But until then at least this gives an idea of the location of Jersey RFC. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 11:00, 14 July 2013 (UTC)
- CofE, I tried putting your improved CI Map back into the article, then reverted. At some screen resolutions it looks awful - the League Table abutting the CI Map. Hamish59 (talk) 11:46, 16 July 2013 (UTC)
