New onside kick rule?

I was watching the UCLA-Nebraska game and they said something about there being a new rule where you can call a fair catch on an onside kick if it bounces once. Anyone know anything about it?DandyDan2007 (talk) 10:15, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
