Extended-confirmed-protected edit request on 21 September 2020

[edit]
Partly done: The first request is redundant as it is already in the article body text. Not everything belongs in the introduction or else it stops being an introduction. The second request is not completely accepted because there are other reliable sources saying the bomb was TNT. Its possible that prosecutor misspoke or the Ministers of Interior previously quoted were incorrect or either were mistranslated. In cases where ambiguity or conflict between RS exists, we generally just state what both have said in the body text. That is what I have done here. Name spelling of one of the perpetrators is (Milad Farah in Arabic ميلاد فرح), unfortunately sources mistakenly wrote Malid or Meliad !! 211.229.119.167 (talk) 00:29, 26 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

2012 Burgas bus bombingBurgas bus bombing – No other bus bombings in Burgas. No need to specify. Dunutubble (talk) (Contributions) 16:03, 25 April 2022 (UTC) — Relisting. Steel1943 (talk) 18:33, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose While Category:Bus bombings in Europe has almost half without years, only three in Category:Bus bombings in Asia or Category:Bus bombings in Africa don't have it. Even if disambiguation isn't needed, I think the year is an important decriptor for the title since there isn't a specific name for it. Reywas92Talk 19:55, 25 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I would respectfully disagree, if there is a convention to not include years in the titles of bus bombings in Europe, then it would make sense to follow that convention. Dunutubble (talk) (Contributions) 20:02, 25 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Rename to Burgas Airport bus bombing. I don't believe that the year is needed per WP:NOYEAR, there's no disambiguation needed and it implies that there are regular bus bombings in Burgas (which would seem to violate neutrality). However, I think we get a bit more meaningful context by specifying the location with the addition of 'Airport' to the title. I feel that carries more meaning than the year (who remembers the exact year something happened, a decade later?), though again it isn't strictly necessary and I would also support Burgas bus bombing. – Reidgreg (talk) 15:43, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
