Red Letters for non-notables?

While looking at his article I noticed all the red links. Per the men's itf articles and others I've encountered, linking (which causes red letters) is only supposed to be for notable players with no articles as of yet. Players who are not yet notable are supposed to be unlinked and stay that way till they are notable. This article seems to go against this and should be fixed.
