Kevin Simms
[edit]Okay, this is starting to be an edit war. Please provide some references, other than your own website, that you are in the mayoral race. If not, then other steps will have to be taken to keep from editing this article. --Hourick (talk) 20:38, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
- I get the impression he doesn't know much about Wikipedia. However, he knows enough to edit pages, it would be nice to see a response here or on his talk page. Cheers, Liberal Classic (talk) 22:15, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
- The Houston Chronicle is reporting Simms is in the race: "The other announced challenger is Kevin Simms, whose major splash at City Hall was his involvement in a controversy surrounding Councilman Jarvis Johnson. Simms, acting as a volunteer intern in Johnson's office…"[1] However, the Chronicle story does not back up some of the other claims made about Simms, such as a doctoral degree or a board appointment. —C.Fred (talk) 22:20, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
