Lead

• Clint Bowyer linked in both the first and second paragraphs.
• he was not successful > he was unsuccessful?
• "Joe Gibbs's No. 60 team increased their advantage over the No. 60 team of Jack Roush", can they both be the same number?

Background

• "Roush's No. 6 teams" > team?
• "There were one driver change heading into the race", were > was

Practice and qualification

• "was held in the morning of August 26", should that be on the morning of...?
• "With a time of 16.020 seconds", do we need to go to three decimal places if its a 0?
• "T. J. Bell accidentally reversed on pit road", something missing here. "On the pit road", " in the pit road" or something else?
• "who cut his head" > who also suffered a cut to his head?

Race

• "He began closing the gap to Kyle Busch", no need to suddenly use his Christian name again.
• "As the track tightened, On lap 125", what does the track tightened mean? Also, there's a start capital letter here.
• "By the 239th lap, Busch increased his", should this be had increased his lead given its starting in past tense?
