voter turnout FIVE LINES

[edit]

suggestion for ALL VOTING result wiki pages. Please ALWAYS give voter turnout SPECIFIED AS BOTH:

  1. the rules who is eligble.
  2. percent of eligble voters turnout
  3. percent of registered voters turnout
  4. percent of registered voters who did not vote
  5. percent of eligble voters who did not vote.

Why? Because these are very important numbers and should bot be hidden or a riddle.

Can this enter a wiki-vote-result-template?
