kit?
[edit]Looking at past results and those of other national league championships, the kit isn't usually included on those pages. Is there a better place to store that information? Perhaps a different template that included kit? --Walter Görlitz (talk) 18:27, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
Collapsible box?
[edit]What's the point of the collapsible box, when it doesn't actually collapse? (TopDogg79 (talk) 05:10, 6 May 2010 (UTC))
- It does collapse. The team doesn't though because it's not suppose to be part of the template. It's a different template altogether. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 05:16, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
- It looks silly combining the two, don't you think? The collapsible box only contains a tiny bit of info, whereas the template that doesn't collapse has far more. (TopDogg79 (talk) 05:24, 6 May 2010 (UTC))
- It does and Football line-up shouldn't be in there. It's not standard. It could be in a Match line-ups section, but not part of the match reports. Look at other tournament formats. For correct use (we're not using it correctly) see template:Football line-up. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 05:28, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
- For instance 2009–10 UEFA Champions League and 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification and the main articles under that. They don't use collapse, and they definitely don't use Football line-up. Not sure where Football line-up should be used. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 05:49, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
- Solved. An anonymous editor didn't know that there had been a goal correction and updated the article, putting a lot of effort (and multiple edits) into it. I undid it and someone reverted, also because they didn't know. Finally the editor noticed that it was rolled-up and removed the collapse and as so I decided to remove the collapse on all the other boxes. So what's the point of the lineup? --Walter Görlitz (talk) 17:34, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
- And see 2010 Stanley Cup playoffs for an example of where collapsible boxes are displayed. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 02:00, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
- Good work. This is much more streamlined. TopDogg79 (talk) 03:42, 8 May 2010 (UTC)
- It's your idea of streamlined that prevails in the aerodynamic world of Detroit. It now looks bulky, awkward, and unlike any other competition page for any other sport. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 04:30, 8 May 2010 (UTC)

Horizontal lines to separate the matches?
[edit]If we didn't have the line-ups, we wouldn't need to have the horizontal lines. Are they really needed? --Walter Görlitz (talk) 23:06, 6 May 2010 (UTC)

(kepttheparagraphbarschangedthecomma))Please note you also undid the bars in between games. Anymore conflict between hugo1009, 99.236.64.223 and Walter Görlitz will lead to bans or the locking of page--Walter Görlitz (talk) 23:30, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
