Someone messed up the mobile version of this page by making assumptions on the seeds and just arbitrarily deciding who should get the seed for undecided seeds. As a result, it incorrectly lists tampa bay as making the playoffs. Will the retard that decides to jump the gun on crap like this just stay away from editing since obviously you're more concerned with your own assumptions than editing the page with, you know, FACTS. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.82.64.17 (talk) 00:40, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In the part about 21-16 Green Bay victory yesterday over Philadelphia, the misspelling "toucdhown" appears in next to last paragraph. Please fix. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.82 (talk) 20:41, 10 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

(Jan. 10, 2012: Apparently, the requested fix for GB-Phila. game has been done.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.82 (talk) 18:36, 10 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Section 4.1.1

[edit]

"Suisham kicked a 35-yard field goal to give Pittsburgh their first lead of the game with 12:15 left in regulation."

Is not accurate. Pittsburgh scored first in the game, to lead 7-0. Suisham's field goal gave the Steelers their 2nd lead of the game.

(Fixed Jan. 10, 2012 by changing "their first lead of the game" to "the lead".) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.82 (talk) 18:40, 10 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Overtime

[edit]

With the new OT rule mention in the opening section, is it worth noting that it was never used (since there were no OT games) 188.221.79.22 (talk) 20:39, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Such a note now appears (checking this on Jan. 10, 2012). The first playoff game to go into OT under this rule was Pittsburgh at Denver on Jan. 8, 2012, but Denver scored a TD on 1st play from scrimmage in OT, so there was no subsequent possession by the other team.

Also, I am hearing that the game is over (immediately) if the DEFENSE scores. This would include TD (say, from interception return) and a safety, right?

Tom Brady week 6
