Caveat: This NYS Assembly press release dates to 2008, which many differ in some details, such as the residency time window, from the 2009 Loft Law Amendment.

Another issue and consideration is the title of the law.

In as much as it is an extension and an expansion of the 1982 Loft Law, perhaps these key words should be added.
