[edit]Not sure if this is a worthy article but more have died in this incident 3 days ago than in many airplane crashes, which is wikipedia worthy. User F203 (talk) 15:15, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Isn't including the word 'tragedy' in the page title rather PoV? How about '2009 Gujarat hooch deaths'? Modest Genius talk 07:57, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
Not sure about POV in using tragedy, but I also feel disaster is a more apt term trakesht (talk) 08:18, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
- I think the slang term "hooch" is a bit informal for this article too, surely "illicit liquor" or "moonshine" would be a better title? Lankiveil (speak to me) 11:03, 25 July 2009 (UTC).
I had used this title as the media in India was almost exclusively using that term trakesht (talk) 15:11, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
- 'disaster' does seem like a better, more neutral term. Also, 'moonshine' is even more slang-ish, and 'liquor' has different meanings in AmE and BrE (and presumably InE...) Modest Genius talk 21:55, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
