In the article it says "In the first two rounds 2/3 of the votes are required, while in the third round a simple majority may elect the new president." However according to this link[1] "The constitution says the president must have two-thirds of the vote in parliament, and if after five votes no one has been elected, the country must hold a general election." I am not sure which is correct so have not changed it but this needs checking. Davewild20:23, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
