[edit]I would put the popular vote %ages up myself, but the regions used in wikipedia differ from those used at the CBC. the CBC's regions are the same used in 2003, and so you could put the change, but editing the ridings to fit within the proper regions is not easy... I dont know why these regions were used. frankly, its too much work to switch everything and calculate everything. perhaps one day when I'm bored, maybe, but otherwise I dont think I can do it. - The regions I used for this page are based on a tourist map I found on the internet. The CBC regions are arbitrary. I will calculate the results on my own time, like I have for the last two provincial elections in Canada. -- Earl Andrew - talk 04:03, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
I still dont understand why arbitrary tourist map areas, are less arbitrary then arbitrary CBC election regions. sounds like an arbitrary decision to arbitrarily decide on who's arbitrary regions are less arbitrary. 70.30.214.26 09:45, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
Wrong Links
[edit]Can I suggest that links are not made on names that do not already have an article in place.
I just removed links to two GPNS candidates that were pointing to pages for people who are almost certainly not the right person.
My guess is that the whole page needs to be audited. All the live links need to be verified that they point to the actual candidate, and deleted if they are wrong. All the red links need to be deleted. If not there exists the danger that an article will be written for another person of the same name. Derek Andrews (talk) 15:18, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
