[edit]Thirteen months after the 2006 election Fl Socialist, a.k.a. Steve Sears added, "for uncomradely behavior" to "Expelled from the party June 9, 2007." What if any does this have to do with the 2006 election? Also if there is credit to this where is the citation for the claim?
John Wayne Smith was an "NPA" NOT a "Libertarian Party" Candidate for Governor in 2006.
[edit]This is to clarify and correct information about 2006 Candidate for Florida Governor, John Wayne Smith.
Though some websites list John Wayne Smith as a "Libertarian Party" candidate, he had in fact ran in 2006 as a "No Party Affiliation" Candidate for Florida Governoras noted at the official Florida Division of Elections website [1].
The main reason John Wayne Smith ran as an "NPA" came as a result of NOT being accepted or approved by Libertarian Party of Florida Members and Convention Delegates as a "Libertarian Party" Candidate at the 2006 Annual Convention in Boca Raton Florida.
