Access to ricin

Who has anyhow access to ricin in the USA? It's not something you can buy in the store, so there must be at least one chemical lab involved. The story just sounds fishy, too...especially because governmental "security" organisation are the only one who profit from such events. --178.197.236.170 (talk) 09:53, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
