www.racetime.com.au no longer supports Motor Racing and all racing related data has disappeared from their website. Using it as a reference is probably not useful. --Falcadore 02:40, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that we should no longer be adding it as an External Link on motor sport articles. However I believe that, if the contributor has evidence of what was on Racetime at some point in the past, e.g. printed pages or soft copy files, then it is still a valid Reference. I guess it could be shown as "www.racetime.com.au (retrieved dd/mm/yy)". Do you agree? GTHO 07:29, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Is "(retrieved dd/mm/yy)" how you get around a valid but unverifiable reference? in the example of a news article that appears on a newspaper website, and deleted within 48 hours. --Falcadore 09:02, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The Help page Citing sources supports the idea that a webpage does not cease to be a useful reference just because it is now inactive. It also makes mention of possible hard copies of such references. Cheers GTHO 09:23, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

During several automated bot runs the following external link was found to be unavailable. Please check if the link is in fact down and fix or remove it in that case!

Stealth

[edit]

Why has all mention to Stealth chassis been remmoved? --Falcadore (talk) 11:29, 24 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Stealth name is not mentioned in the natsoft or formulaford.com.au references and is not mentioned in the Official Program for the Mallala round of the championship. GTHO (talk) 10:22, 25 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yet you are OK with Ransbergs and Romanos and that's not a double standard? You've made numerous corrections to V8 models of Commodores and Falcons before? Why not prove they are not Stealths? --Falcadore (talk) 11:46, 25 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
