Unclear text

I am not sure what is meant by "It is said that Finn Harps would have won it the penalty had been played had Bray not been a goal up." In addition to the meaning being unclear, it would also seem speculative and is lacking a source, so I am inclined to suggest that it is removed from the article, as, as it stands, it does not seem to be adding anything to it.
