Centre or Center
[edit]I hate to nitpick, but should this article (and its title) use "Centre" or "Center"? I ask because the website of Colombo's WTC uses the typically American English spelling "Center" on its website, while the article uses the Commonwealth English (UK, India, etc) spelling "Centre"...
