- @Robert McClenon: All statements in the article are already supported by inline citations. I have revised that particular sentence to say that Boutros-Ghali (not the UN) was scapegoated. The Washington Post is a reliable source. Please read the inline citations and remove the pov tag. Tozar80 (talk) 16:43, 6 March 2017 (UTC)
