Qualification
[edit]Anyone have any idea how the qualification process was structured? Cheers Mattlore 11:01, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
There wasn't one, all teams involved were invited. Initially there were to be eight teams, with a combined Great Britain and South Africa competing in the Emerging Nations as opposed to the main draw.82.36.121.168 21:21, 7 May 2007 (UTC)

Page move
[edit]Reverted a page moved as no consensus for the move. This year was the first time that it could even begin to be contemplated, and even now there is a massively dominant primary topic. That was not the case in 1995.Fleets (talk) 10:53, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
