In defence of creating this article

After taking note of the numerous articles for United States network television schedules by decade (prime time, weekday and Saturday morning) posted on Wikipedia, along with a recent article for Australia's 2006 TV schedule, I wanted to do something similar for Canada's network television schedules over the decades, starting with CTV.

I believe that the articles on the U.S. schedules are certainly of historical importance in showing what programs aired on the American broadcast networks over the decades, and I believe that the same would be true of a Wikipedia article on the Canadian network schedules. Put back the CTV prime time schedule from fall of 1999
