I am also going to raise this at Talk:ATP Bordeaux and it applies to more than one article, but this as this is the first one to use the Grand Prix Passing Shot name, I thought I would raise the issue here. Up to and including 1989 the articles are called 19XX Bordeaux Open. Yet from this article on they become 19XX Grand Prix Passing Shot. I am aware that the tournament was known by both names, but 1989 Bordeaux Open starts "The 1989 Bordeaux Open also known as the Grand Prix Passing Shot..." while this article starts "The 1990 Grand Prix Passing Shot, also known as the Bordeaux Open..." Thus would it not be better to go with either the Passing Shot name (and its variants) for the earlier articles, or, and I think this might be the better option, use Bordeaux Open as the title for this and the other 1990s editions of the tournament? I think consistency on this might be helpful. Dunarc (talk) 22:02, 18 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
