Black armband on sleeves

The Giants wore a black armband on their right sleeve in memory of Assistant Coach Bob Leadbetter, who died on 10/7/83.[1] [2] DarkStarHarry (talk) 20:34, 25 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Interesting fact, but we need a reliable source that supports the armbands being worn for it to be included in the article. An unreliable-looking webpage and a YouTube link don't cut it for this purpose, I'm afraid. Are there any news articles from the period that discuss this?
