Navy Material Command
[edit]The Navy Material Command's suppression in 1985 (p. 31) has been sourced because it could have been conditioned by this affair.
Beyond the damage reparation, it was aplied a termination clause. It has been sourced that after 1999 this type of clauses become a recommended standard for contracts whose complexive value were higher that 100k$ (source: p. 10). Regards, Theologian81sp
