Avon Tyres
[edit]Not sure where to edit this so will comment it here - the Avon logo in the results table points to the wrong Avon company - Avon Protection. The correct link is to "Cooper Tire & Rubber Company", which is what "Avon Tyres" correctly redirects to. Mbdxecw2 (talk) 02:08, 11 August 2022 (UTC)
- Done. I've updated Template:Avon to link to Avon Tyres (which redirects to Cooper Tire & Rubber Company). I deliberately linked to the redirect so that people wouldn't think it was a mistake or vandalism. Although in 1981 the tyre business was owned by the company which is described at Avon Protection, I agree that the logo/template should link to the same place that Avon Tyres does, also noting that Cooper Tire & Rubber Company contains more info about the tyre business (especially in a motorsport context) than Avon Protection does.
