Iowa 42
[edit]Iowa 42 was eliminated in December 1980, so it was part of the transfer.Alexlatham96 (talk) 19:04, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
- 1980 was more of a series of transfers as opposed to 2003 which was an en masse dumping of highways onto the counties. If it happened in 1980 then it should be in this list. –Fredddie™ 19:53, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
- I added Iowa 42 and Iowa 203. Some highways, like Iowa 237 and Iowa 303, were deleted in early 1981 but may be part of the transfer. Should I add them? Alexlatham96 (talk) 01:27, 5 September 2019 (UTC)
Highway numbers reused immediately
[edit]- Iowa 79, Iowa 102, Iowa 134, Iowa 152, Iowa 186, Iowa 243, Iowa 244, Iowa 362, Iowa 394, Iowa 403, Iowa 428; Iowa 86 and Iowa 91 were reused to match Minnesota.
- These numbers were reused in 1980, but were not immediately designated before the transfer: Iowa 115 (died 1969), Iowa 142 (died in 1969 renumbering; probably numbered because it was in the same county as the first one).
