The article is very narrow in content and hence it does not meet the good article criteria No.3 Further the language of the article is very vague and there seems to be no flow. Large sentences need to be broken into smaller ones. The article does cite references but most of them are from a single source. The article needs to expand a lot before applying for GAN again.
