Seat numbers

Not sure how we can reference the lack of clarity on the number of seats; EISA says 270; the IPU says 272; Nohlen states that the number is not certain with different sources stating 270, 289 and 327 (although his book seems to have decided that 289 is the most reliable as they went with that in the results table)...
