Not an official Arab League Summit

I gather. It's mentioned here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arab_Deterrent_Force and I see it in a MS I am editing. But I don't have the time or expertise to decide whether to remove it from the category and so on, so I'll stick this up and see what happens. Someone will come along eventually, insha'Allah.
