This is the translation of the Japanese version of Taiyo Department Store fire. Various data come from the single reference. I personally experienced at the nearest National Kumamoto Hospital and I agree with the description of newspapers. I am asking Kumamoto Nichinichi Shimpun (newspaper) for photographs.
