Winning conversion for Texas
[edit]IIRC, the player who scored the two-point conversion for Texas that proved to be the difference had already been diagnosed with cancer, had his leg amputated shortly after the game (within weeks, not immediately) and nonetheless died the next year. Does anyone else remember this, and more importantly, have a reliable source for it? 2600:1004:B148:E817:69B3:F6CD:8961:D605 (talk) 02:29, 16 September 2018 (UTC)
