German-Turkish Project on Earthquake Prediction Research?

Does anyone here know anything about a "German-Turkish Project on Earthquake Prediction Research"? The ICEFCP 2011 "Operational earthquake forecasting" report says it was established in 1984 in the Mudurnu Valley. Several reports (mostly behind paywalls) mention it, but there doesn't seem to be anything about the project itself on the Web. ~ J. Johnson (JJ) (talk) 18:19, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
